We have volunteers supporting us with admin, social media, copy writing and research. If you have time to spare and have skills or experience in any of these areas then we’d love to hear from you! Please send an email giving us a summary of your background and what you’d like to get involved with and we’ll get back to you.

Due to insurance limitations sadly we can only have volunteers who are over 18. We do ask our volunteers to commit to 6 months with us, just because it takes us a long time to set everything up and train new volunteers. Our desk space in Sheffield is closed at the moment so all volunteer placements will be remote for the foreseeable future.

Please note that we don’t host overseas volunteering. Whilst we appreciate the benefits it can bring, our team in Uganda have built long term supportive relationships with other education providers and NGOs in Uganda where they all share best practice information and tips with each other. Our team are from the communities where we work so they know what will work best in their areas and we’re committed to up-skilling our team in Uganda.
